Bad Choice

“We purchased two end tables and coffee table on Jan 30th. We were told they would be delivered on Feb 28th. We were down in Monroe on Feb 1st and our Ring doorbell showed us the end tables were delivered. It was raining and we called the store to ask them to pick them up because it was raining very hard. They were extremely rude , refusing to and eventually hung up on us. We contacted the main office to find out when the coffee table would be delivered. We were told that it would be delivered on February 28th and they would email us beforehand. Two days later the coffee table was delivered without notice and in the rain again. We will not be doing any business
with Ashley anymore and neither will our friends and family.”

Bait and switch despicable sales

“ASHLEY is a bait and switch. I went to the ocala store the morning of November 13th. I picked out these two end tables and David, the sales person looked on line and they were out of stock. He advised i could buy the floor models. I returned around 2:30 with my husband so we could look at the Darrey entertainment cabinet and the two end tables. My husband liked the end tables but while he was looking at them David told us the end tables were now being sold with the entire group. This was so dishonest. ASHLEY should be ashamed especially in these trying times. I would not recommend this store or Ashley to anyone. Their sales approach is despicable. B kramer ocala fla”
