“You would think for the price of this table, it would be at least halfway decent quality. I’ve only had it for a month and there’s already paint chipping off the top just from light use with a few coasters sitting on top of the table. It also wasn’t a very good assembly experience. One of the screw holes had wood glue all on the threads of the insert and I rounded off the screw head trying to get it in the hole. I had to go to the hardware store and get a better bolt to be able to even get the one leg on and tightened down.”

Love the table but not the customer service

“Love the table. To bad it didn't come with the screws needed to assemble it. And instead of getting the screws to me in a timely matter, since I had already paid and waited for the table and screws to come at the same time. I was told they would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. That is TEREIBLE customer service. They should have been shipped ASAP and gotten to me within a day or two at the most. Once they sold the table, they could care less about the customer. I realize mistakes happen, stuff gets left out, that's fine. Just make it right in a timely manner. Especially when you're customer has table parts laying al over their living room and company is coming, which was told to the customer service rep. By the way, the rep tried to help and was very nice, but couldn't get past company policy. I've bought a ton of furniture from Ashley through the years, I'll think twice from now on. Also, because the shipping was messed up which put Fed Ex spending a day looking for my second table because they were given the same tracking number, but we're actually shipped at 2 different times .”

“I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful but I will warn that the bottom part of this table is not white like it appears online but instead has a gray tint to it. If you’re trying to match furniture that you already have, keep that in mind.”
