“Inconsistent craftsmanship. Works as designed. But it was missing some wood in some of the screw holes so you couldn't use the bolts without going through the side of the stools. The legs are also not straight after being screwed. Shotty craftsmanship but it is a nice table.”

“I would give a 5 star except delivery crew delivered a broken and table that had to be repaired. Of course the part showed up and I had to repair. Should have never been delivers in the damaged condition. Not cool and very disappointing ..”

“i first received the package with missinf inserts are screws for the table. which i couldn't find so i ordered them with help of a customer service representative. i got the delivery for missing parts and it only included the inserts and not the bolts, so i went and got the bolts from a hardware store. came home to finish the assembly of table and fixed 3 of the legs and came to realize the 4th leg wont fit. i had to scrape off the table to make the last leg fit. overall very underwhelming experience as i was too excited to get my first Ashley's purchase ever but the hype didn't match my experience. i have a video evidence of everything which i'm not able to upload here, but i would be more then happy to share it.”

“The delivery of the Boardernest Coffee Table with 4 Stools has proven to be an exceptionally disappointing experience, stemming from a critical flaw in one of the accompanying stools, compounded by an unacceptably poor and protracted response from Customer Service.
Product Quality Deficiency:
Upon assembly, a critical structural panel belonging to one of the included stools was found to be faulty and significantly misaligned. This manufacturing defect prevents the proper construction of the stool, rendering the entire set incomplete and compromising its intended functionality and aesthetic. For a product of this nature, this level of quality control failure is a serious and immediate oversight.
Failure of Customer Service and Support:
My attempts to rectify this issue through your advertised Customer Service channels have met with complete and utter frustration.
I initiated contact immediately to request a replacement for the faulty stool panel.
The promised 24-hour response window has been repeatedly and egregiously violated.
This simple request for a defective part replacement has now escalated into a week-long unresolved problem, characterized by a lack of substantive follow-up and zero progression toward a solution.
The failure to honor your basic commitment to customer support following the sale is as concerning as the initial product defect. This situation demonstrates a severe lapse in both product quality assurance and post-sale commitment. I require immediate action to dispatch the correct, non-faulty panel for the stool.”
