“We purchased the coffee table and 3 end tables. They are very rustic. There are drawers on each end of the coffee table. 2 large drawers on one side. Has deep storage under the lift top. The end tables have big deep drawers and a bottom shelf that a basket would fit wonderfully under for magazines or a small toy basket for our great grandsons many many matchbox cars. “Piece arrived with big scratches on the surface of the top, as though someone hacked at it with a pocket knife. The hold time with the warranty claim department was over two hours. I didn’t mind sending pictures of the damage. However, the promised response time of two business days has come and gone, and I’ve received no indication as to how Ashley plans to resolve the issue. Will they send a replacement? Will they replace the part, requiring me to disassemble it and then put it back together with the replacement part? Have they decided to deny the claim without telling me? God only knows.
Crap quality, crap customer service, crap communication. This was my first (and last) experience with Ashley.”
