Total Lack of Customer Service After Purchase

“Ashley’s Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced! Call the Lakeland store right now. The phone will ring and ring and ring and no one will EVER answer. All customer service is directed to their 1 800 number where they read to you from the script they have been provided. They cannot provide any specific information about individual orders. When I asked to speak to my salesperson, she said she cannot connect me to the store and if I needed to speak to the salesperson or the store manager, I would need to drive to the store and find them. The furniture is fine, but not worth the frustration that accompanies the total lack of customer service.”
