Love it, but terrible quality control on stone pieces!

“I love this coffee table but received a bad piece of marble. Technician came out and said the staining is normal and they would not do anything to rectify the issue. He said there was nothing to control this type of stain. Quality control would control this. The staining on the marble is not normal and was likely stored improperly causing this spotted marble. It looks like it’s dirty! It’s a shame my complaint of the faulty stained marble was not resolved. If this is the quality of marble they are happy with, I would suggest staying away from marble from this retailer. Ashley do better with quality control!!!”

Terrible!!! and horrendous customer service!

“I ordered this table, and it arrived nearly two months late with several estimated delivery dates anticipated. After arriving two months late, there was a large crack (end to end) on the top of the table that I did not notice until a few days later. I tried to work with customer service for about a month for a solution, only to be told there is nothing Ashley's could do. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation - literally nothing at all. Ashley's customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I would never recommend Ashley's to anyone. It is more of a hassle than anything.”

“I desperately want to love this table, it’s so beautiful but we have now unpackaged this twice in our home (two different tables) and found them to be damaged with large cracks in the marble. Trying for a third time, just very disappointed and will unfortunately have to return and get our money back if this doesn’t work out again.”
