Return of 2 end tables and coffee table ordered online

“Customer service is autroucios. I just recieved these three products from online order. It took 2 phone calls to returns department to get an email how how to go about returning products we paid over 700.00 fir the we would be responsible for shipping charges with sending them back and gave us no info how to start the process with them telling us we were responsible for this because we ordered online. If this is not resolved in a timely manner I will never return to Ashley for any product. We will end up spending a ridiculous amount of money trying to return these items”

“The coffee table is beautiful but the quality is not what we expected for the price. There were two small areas that were damaged that were noticed when taking it from the box. We will have to stain to try to mask the areas. My husband and I both got splinters from the wood that is not finely sanded. The instructions were easy to follow to put the item together. FedEx was 3 days later than expected delivery and they left the package in the rain on our drive.”

“HORRIBLE piece of furniture.. Not smooth at all, can't tell by the picture. Once we got the box open and looked at all the pieces we realized that it's not smooth wood. In addition, one drawer bottom piece came with big scratch, I contacted the chat from ashley website and "Edge" offered 5% off (that's an insult), then offered 10% which it's not even $40 from the total (still insult). I was notified that someone would contact me 3 to 5 business days and still no contact (I reported this issue on 11/01/25), but I did get an email about a new coffee table. Here is the kicker they want me to go and donate the coffee table that came with a damaged drawer. An incovinience to me to now having to carry a heavy table but look for a place to take this donation so that I can provide a receipt/picture. Ashley should come get the coffee table and or provide a donation link where someone can donate and the place come and get the fortuniture. DO NOT make it difficult for the customer when this is not the customer's responsibility.”
