Faulty customer service

“Let’s see, I canceled the order an hour after I placed it. I received an email that I would hear back within 24 hours, I did not. I followed up with an email and a phone call. So the item that I decide wouldn’t fit shipped anyway and I was charged and received an item I can’t use. It’s on the floor in a box so I’m not sure if it’s a good product or not, but I’m sure Ashley customer service is a poor product.”

“Overall, I am mostly pleased. A few pieces appear to have damage from shipping and possibly rain, which is a bummer. Otherwise, it assembled ok.”
