Nice furniture - poor customer service communication

“I wanted to change the color and was told that I could not do that. They said I needed to cancel the order which I did less than 12 hours after making the online purchase. They charged my credit card and I called them and they were supposed to send me an e-mail about how to return and they would credit my charge card. None of this happened and I had to do a dispute with Discover for the charge. I like Ashley's furniture but customer service is lacking.”
