“This order was cancelled within an hour of the original order time. It was sent anyway. When I called customer service, they indicated that Ashley made a mistake. I then received an email from Anna M. | Retail Customer Experience Ashley Global Retail stating that I would have to pay for the return. The customer service person that I spoke to about the return indicated that Ashley was in error for sending out the order for delivery. Therefore, I should not have to pay for a mistake.

“The table look good when I took it out of the box when I was putting it together I couldn’t because of a defect the center table do not line up with the table legs. So therefore I can’t say that I like my table have to return it . So it’s really hard to rate something like that I guess half of a star for looks of the table.”
