Never delivered, FedEx says never received, still charged

“I tried to purchase this coffee table two times. The first time, the order never was processed to be shipped out, which may have been due to my payment method. The second time, I used a different payment method, but while the Ashley order tracking page says delivered, the third party shipping tracking link (FedEx) says the shipment was never received from Ashley to actually be sent to me. Yet the charge has fully cleared my bank. I'm currently trying to get a refund either through Ashley or by disputing the charge, but warning to anyone looking to purchase this item that it may be more of a headache than it's worth.”
