“I already owned the Watson coffee table, so I'm glad they made a console/sofa table to match. I'm not sure why I was surprised by the size of the console table, because the coffee table is also very large.
That being said, I still love it. The Watson collection seems to be one of the few items at Ashley that are made of (mostly) real wood and not all composite. It is very sturdy and really ties the living room together.
I will say that the surface does scratch very easily (you can see the culprit in my photo) so I'm going to get a tempered glass panel to put on top of it.
Love this collection, it's classic but modern without being too modern. I plan on getting the Watson side tables next.”

“Been looking for a console just like this. 60+" was the required length to accommodate 2 chairs behind our sofa. Height was perfect for our 24" bar stools and the dark rich brown was a good match to our espresso furniture. Only issue was that they should have insisted you glue the bottom rail to each end which I realized after 2 days. So I had to disassemble, glue and reassemble. Otherwise, great product for the price.”

We did have a few issues with the joints during assembly because some dowels were broken off or hammered in too deeply. But we felt they were not critical to the actual assembly and made do. Well packed for shipment. No damage to any surface. Really our favorite piece in the house!”
