One minor defect: Cross member E (the longest member that lies on the floor) had an anchor that spun while I screwed in a fastener. So that joint is a bit compromised. Will have to lift the table (two people) when moving it around the floor as opposed to being able to drag it (one person). I hope that this review makes it back to the manufacturer so that they can investigate and improve their process. Thank you”

It is REALLY big - even after measuring out my space, it was larger than I expected, but I plan to use it as a table for puzzles and board games so it's perfect. Just know that it really fills out a small space, so it would look best with large furniture or a bigger room. I have neither, but with a bigger rug (at least 6x9 if not bigger), it can work. The sides where the bars run along the floor make it uncomfortable for sitting on the floor, but not a deal breaker.”

“I LOVE this table and that there are some subtle different browns in it, so it will match many rooms. Simple, clean design. Doesn't scratch easily. Beautiful! I was, however, very uncomfortable with Ashely having the delivery people call customer service while they were in my home and have me rate their service in front of them. Seriously?! I gave them the highest rating because 2 strangers were standing in my living room, listening, but would have given a much lower rating since the service was supposed to call my cell phone prior to arrival (I had called to confirm this), but called my home phone instead. I was out of the house but nearby and had checked my cell numerous times in anticipation of their "heads up" call. The delivery guys insisted that they'd called the cell phone number ("I can show it to you on my phone!", he said with an edge and I felt uncomfortable). When they'd left, I discovered the message on my home machine- they did not call my cell, as I'd requested. Nevertheless, I am happy to have found this table- it will fit with a number of decorating styles, and I would still order from Ashley again, if I found the right piece of furniture.”

“The table was cracked then when I went to exchange it I was given a hard time and was told a parts person would be sent out and to donate the cracked one. The table is cracked and needs to be replaced and they need to take the old one back l. After escalation to a supervisor, a replacement was placed with a delivery date of 5/1 and she said they would pick up the old one. I confirmed delivery on 4/29. Well here it is 5/1 and no table. I called the customer drove and was told the delivery date was changed to 5/8 without even notifying me. This has been an awful experience from such a large company.”
