Horrible customer service

“My review isn’t so much the quality of the table, but the customer service of Ashley. I bought two sets of end tables not sure which one would fit in the space. I was trying to return these and Ashley refused to pick them up from my billing address, insisting that they can only pick them up for my shipping address. I don’t live at my shipping address and I had to go ahead and call customer service four times and still no one would help me. I decided to call my credit card company and only then the corporate call me and take care of the situation. It seems absolutely ridiculous that Ashley couldn’t go ahead and pick up these end tables from an address that they had on file and I had to resort to going ahead and calling my credit card company to actually get someone to help me.”

“We bought these to go with the matching coffee table and media cabinet. I recommend this entire line. The furniture is HEAVY and STURDY. The end tables were easy to put together. (We did not put together the other items) Everything was well packaged and there was not a scratch on any of the parts. The color is dark, but clearly not black (as pictured). I really like the round top!”
