Not the best first impression

“The item was delivered without any hardware or instructions. We were able to call and order these missing items but still find this a challenge as we should have to deal with. I also was told when I went into the showroom that I needed to order this item there and would be charged $50 in shipping regardless if I went online or if I ordered it in the store, this in fact was not true, and I was able to order online without paying a fee. I felt that I was being tricked into purchasing in the store so that the person could earn commission.”

“The quality of the table is good and solid. The only negative is the tables had shop dust and smudges all over it which can easily be cleaned off. Also I would prefer if the tables could have the option to be assembled with delivery.”
