“The 2 end tables look great and were easy to put together. Unfortunately, the cocktail table only has 3 fully functional legs as 1 of the legs has a bent connection from out of the packaging and unable to be easily screwed in together.”

Damaged internet order

“I ordered online and did get free shipping. However, my order arrived damaged. Both small tables had side damage due to loose metal parts in the box that rubbed against the table sides. Two of the metal brackets were damaged. I immediately contacted customer service. I spoke with a gentleman who took my information, I sent him pics by email and he said he would respond within the day. It has been three days and he has not responded. I have emailed two more times, NO RESPONSE. I will NEVER buy online from Ashley again. The delivery and setup, if I had chosen their home delivery, would have been $100 on this $200 order and I knew I could put them together myself, so chose internet free delivery. I had recently this year bought $10,000 worth of Ashley furniture that I had delivered and set up and it was all good. Unfortunately, not these cheap tables.”
