“I love the sofa, I really do. But Ashley calls me the day before stating I will get a partial order. Not a big deal but the items were small and I could not take any more time off work and asked to deliver in my package door with a security door and they refused.”

“I'm not sure what I was expecting but it looks very cheap and the quality is not secure, meaning when I walk near the table it shales as if it's uneven and or the glass doesn't fit well on the table. I've tried adjusting the table but nothing helps.”

“Once I finally received it (3 months after ordering with no communication as to why), this set was very difficult to assemble. The different pieces are not forged well, causing it to be next to impossible to screw them together (like fitting a square peg in a round hole). However, once we did finally get them together, they are very cute.”

“I purchased these table through the store and they assembled the tables and delivered them to my home. I found a couple of minor flaws after delivery so I called customer service and they took care of the problems immediately. They are being used in my family room (basement) and they look great. Customer service great as well.”
