“Spent so much money after testing this in a store. If you purchase directly from Nectar, they offer a 365 day warranty. Ashley doesn't. Got the bed and my daught is sinking into the bed. Mattress sales are final so now I'm out $1,300. Just like that. As a single mom, this is an especially huge blow and I am just sick thinking about the money lost. I would not recommend this mattress but if you do give it a try, I would advise purchasing directly from Nectar.”

“I purchased this mattress based on the specifications listed online, but once I received it, I realized it’s very uncomfortable. It feels too soft and sinks in some areas, making it difficult to sleep well. The consistency is nothing like I expected, and it’s been a frustrating experience. I went to the store to ask if I could exchange it, but they told me no because I bought it online. How was I supposed to know how it felt if I couldn’t try it before purchasing? Now I have to sleep poorly because of this purchase. Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.”
