“Received the chair and thought it Looked good. Yet hadn’t reclined In it until I got home from Work. When I finally got to recline in my new recliner I noticed a gaping hole in the crease where your lower back should be most supported. Well this hole will take fit a gallon jug in the hole. It’s completely a flaw in this chairs design. And now Ashley’s is telling me that I can not return this item because it’s a discontinued item. Nor will they exchange this chair for another recliner in the store. I’ve had recliners my whole life and never once had a chair that had this massive hole in the chair. I acted on this the day I found this defect and they sent an inspector out and still won’t stand behind their product. So I guess I’m stuck with this design defective chair. And I don’t want to accept a 10% reduction in price. I want a chair I’m going to be happy w.”

I am not able to take the cover off and wash them with out putting the stuffing aside in a bag for each pillow. I would be nice if the stuffing was in its own fabric bag. The arm corners feel a bit sharp if you are leaning on them with your back, but the pillows help.”

“The lift chair was well built but to firm for my wife! She had gotten into a bad car accident and had a broken leg, 4 broken ribs and 2 fractures in her neck so every part of her body was aching. She has to sleep in a recliner at night and we bought 2 from Ashley earlier this year and both very comfortable but not lift recliners and that is where she is sleeping now . We returned the lift chair and have received our refund, which was very fast and uneventful. Thanks Ashley! Whenever she can go into the store to test drive one of the Lift Chairs we will be back!. We still need a Lift Chair.”

“I wasnt too sure what it would look like, what was the exact color. I was a bit hesitant wether or not I should purchase it, well I'm so glad I did. I LOVE MY NEW BED! It looks get wet the other pieces of furniture I already had which is always a plus. I was also not too sure about the quality but it is actually very durable as far as assembling the bed it was also very easy, pretty straight forward instructions. Took 10-15 mins and they provide al the tools you need which makes it a much easier. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the fact I had no way of removing the 69.00 protection plan. I asked the deliver man if the plastic will be removed and I was told I did not pay the $200 dollars for assembly which would have been screwing on four legs to the sofa and ottoman. Something I can do in less than ten minutes. Yet I still had to sign without knowing if the item was in good conditions, the right color or damaged. Come to find out if they would have opened it I would have told him to take it back immediately. You should not have client sign until they inspect the item they are paying and signing for, bad business. I did not realize the pillows were permanently sewed on. I prefer to have pillows that are not permanently attached to the sofa. I called immediately because I knew I had a 72 hour window for full refund on returns. I spoke to Zay and he provided ref # C-178246327. He mentioned someone would call me to keep my phone handy within 72 business hours. I had to ask and clarify did you say 72 hours or did you say 72 business hours. Your rep repeated 72 hours business hours, I was floored. I never heard of such a thing 72 business hours to get a call back. I told him are you telling me today is January 15th but I may not get a call to make arrangements for pick until January 28th because that would be 72 business hours. and he agreed. I called on Saturday the 25th to get an update on my pick call. because I also need my refund, I am unable to get my refund until you pick the sofa and ottoman. This time I spoke with Ebrahim. He told there was nothing in the system for a refund, it had it as an exchange and nothing about a pick up call to be made. He put in an escalation this is the that ref # C-178297938. You are not a mom / pop business you are a large establishment I had no idea I would be experiencing this type of horrific level of service, truly half ass. I will never shop with you guys and I will be sure and spread the word, neighbors, dentist, doctors. friends and of course family. I what some one to call me please to make arrangements to pick up sofa and ottoman asap and I want my refund asap. I am tired of talking about this and dealing with this. The first gentleman told me refund can take 7-10 days because banks can take that long, as a Bank of America / Merrill Lynch retiree that is inaccurate. Submit for a refund with the correct data used to pay will go though quickly. If there is a delay it is on your end or you are not providing the correct information. TO SUM IT UP; WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT MY RECENT PURCHASE. “I'm kind of an on again off again warranty fan. I recently bought a chair and a sofa. The chair won't be used as frequently as the sofa, so I did not purchase warranty on it. The sofa, however, is a lighter fabric, so I decided to spend the money on the warranty as it appeared to cover a lot of items that "could" happen. After discovering that the cushions on the sofa could not be flipped up and down, I'm super happy that I bought the warranty and will use it if the cushions end up flattening out.”

“I'm giving 3 stars due to the color and the style of the particular furniture we bought but not for results. Unfortunately, the furniture was not the right piece for the area. We contacted the company to rectify this and got pushback and negative results. We eventually contacted our credit card company who resolved our issue. I would not recommend buying any furniture from them online. Always buy in real time, at the store so that you can see what your purchasing.”
