Very disappointed

“Very disappointed. The rug looks bubbly, like old carpet that’s been wet or something. There’s also a weird crease that’s perpendicular to how it was rolled up, so who knows how that happened. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and it hasn’t improved. I thought it just needed to lay flat and it would work. I’ve also tried placing heavy books on it, but that hasn’t helped. For me, this was a little pricey, so I’m very disappointed in the quality. I bought the 4 x 6 size as well. It’s not bubbly. However several threads have already come loose. How can this be? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on two brand new rugs that look used and damaged. Lesson learned. I’m done buying rugs from Ashley. I had better luck with my old ones from Lowe’s.”
