Worst process ever.

“My rug was delivered, bent in half, so when I unrolled it, it was stretched out at the bend. It’s been very difficult to try to return my rug. I was finally given an email with an attachment that I thought would be a return label. Apparently I’m going to have to pay to return a rug that I don’t even know if they will give This has been a nightmare process.”
