Worst Company for returns!

“It’s a nice rug but too big for my space and I am having a difficult time trying to return it due to the ridiculous return policy. They put in a request for an “exception”, aka doing me a favor to allow the return but I have yet to hear back. This company is a joke! I was going to replace my entire living room but will now go elsewhere and cancel my Ashley card!”
