“The first thing that was going wrong was the size, the rug I received was 3’6” by 12’. Second wrong thing was the color, it’s not a gray background. Previously I ordered the 8x10 size and it’s beautiful, the gray background is actually gray and the blues are vibrant.
I called about the size 1 week ago today and emailed the pictures requested. I’ve sent approx 3 emails and called twice regarding the return of this rug. I was promised yesterday that I would receive an email, still not received. I was going to order a replacement rug but at this point I will not do that. Just want to return it and get my credit. This has been very frustrating and poor customer service.”
