Wrong rug, no amswers

“You sent me the wrong rug and your customer service is not good at all. Very frustrating to get emails from three different people wanting pictures of the wrong rug that you sent me. I email the pictures to all three rep’s and no one will answer my questions regarding “when can I get the rug that I ordered”! This living room rug was going into a new construction vacation rental, we had the photos scheduled to go live next week. I like the rug that o ordered and I can’t get an answer if I can get it in time or not. And no one will talk on the phone with you!”

“The rug was not nearly as muted as described and not what we wanted. I would give 0 stars for customer service. We asked for a refund within the 30 days but were declined because we were told a general return is a warranty return and therefore must be notified within 3 days-not 30 like the website say. We are now in a dispute with our payment service. It has been a nightmare. Do not order if you are not 100 percent confident. Ashley's customer service is nonexistent.”
