“I was under the impression that the rug came with a pad that I would separate from which I would separate the rug when it needed washing. There was NO pad in the huge box in which the rug was delivered. Also, the box seemed to have been taped loosely at one end, making me wonder if it had been tampered with or if contents had fallen out.
I love the rug design.”
