“Misprinted. Wrong length. I purchased and got a rug that has a significant misprint. I ordered a 5x8 & got a rug that is 166 inches long, over 13 1/2 feet long. Tried contacting customer services and have not heard word back for two days regarding this issue. Going to attempt to call tomorrow. Buyer beware. Available to answer questions throughout purchasing process and during your waiting for item to arrive. Quick replies. Soon as you ask about a refund or replacement, crickets.”
