Dusty, has stains and stinks. I got a returned area rug with out cleaning.

“I was shipped used rug that is dusty and has stains. I also tried to cancle after placing the order with in an hour, but this area rug was shipped. And its nightmare to ship it back. Now, I have a rug that is dusty , probably has bugs and has stains on it. The area rug came with a open pack.”
