“The rug was delivered with 2 different damages. And in other areas there are slightly darker spots. It really seems that this rug was used and then sold again. If it was checked before shipping, they would have seen these 2 areas. I contacted customer support, but it is a very long response time to get it replaced or even an answer. Most places take care of it right away when one puts in their complaint and doesn't have to wait with a ticket number 3-5 business days.”
