Arrived wet. Very disappointed.

“We received the rug about 12:30 p.m. and when we took off the plastic wrap and unrolled it, we discovered a large portion of it was wet on. both sides. We propped the rug on top of a couple of containers to help it dry, it's still wet. Very disappointed and irritated that the rug would arrive in that condition.”
