Poor, poor, poor customer service BEWARE

“Beyond poor customer service. If you are out of the state while this is delivered to you and you will not be back within 72hrs even after the delivery date was changed multiple times by the company, don't you dare try and return the UNOPENED rugs. You will simply be told 'sorry for the inconvenience'. I'm not sure of the quality of the rugs because again UNOPENED. But the quality of the customer service isn't even worth rating.”
