Still waiting for my second rug!

“I love this rug! Unfortunately I ordered 2 rugs and I’ve yet to receive the second rug. I called customer service and she wasn’t very helpful! Said it will arrive by today. It never arrived! Still waiting!
I was really excited to get this second rug and would still love to have it but I don’t think Ashley knows where it’s at since customer service seemed confused about its whereabouts!”
