Nightmare Purchase

“The experience was a nightmare. The rug I ordered came in the wrong size. I called and order the right size. The duo did not work in the room. When I went to return them within the week, I found out that not only were they from a 3rd party seller, but they had an unpublished "72 hour return policy." I ended up going through Ashley Customer Service, Escalations. The customer service assistant was helpful, but it still took over 2 more weeks and over $40 to return them on my dime. However, the full purchase price was refunded. This was not user friendly and extremely frustrating, especially when the 3rd party said I could "just sell them" (myself), but they would not take them back.”
