Never buy from Ashley online

“I will never buy from Ashley online again. I ordered the wrong size and then ordered a larger rug of the same kind and they would not let me have return shipping. After aoending yome with 3 phone calls each 30 minutes i did not get anywhere. To return the rug it would have coat me $53.00 almost as much as rug. Horrible customer service!!!! I am mow stuck with a riug even thoufh i bought a larger one . unbelievable!!!”
