“I cannot rate this item because I never received it. I placed an order for a couch, a chair, and a rug. I called customer service because I wanted to switch out my chair for the recliner that I thought I had already ordered, but ordered an accent chair instead. The man on the phone said he would have to cancel the entire order, and I'd have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund to my Ashley credit account. Well, that was early November, and it is almost mid December. I'm still waiting on a refund for the cancellation of the couch and chair. I called to ask about the refund, and even though everything was cancelled, for some reason they shipped the rug. It was signed for by someone else, and delivered to an address where I do not reside. Not good. Luckily the lady was able to investigate the situation over the phone and give me a credit for the rug. Who knows when I'll receive the refund for the rest of the order. I had to go to Mor Furniture and purchase there because of the whole ordeal.”
