Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service

“This rug is very poor quality. It offers no cushion underfoot and is so thinly woven that the backing shows through. To make matters worse, it arrived out of the box covered in oil. I contacted customer service and received little support or resolution. Overall, extremely dissatisfied — I would not recommend this product.”
