“For someone who’s skeptical of large-larger end purchases, Ashley’s definitely got my vote of confidence. Received my carpet via FedEx neatly manufacture wrapped in heavy duty plastic and End Caps so the carpet wouldn’t roll and get damaged while standing on ends. Perfect size, not having a measuring tape, I used the approximate height of my grandson (3ft) as my guide for depth lol. This carpet is so soft, the contrasting color patterns blend very well together as do the two different height variations. Ordered late Monday night, delivered to my front door Wednesday afternoon. Very pleased next I’m searching for a pet friendly light brown or light toupe mid-sized sofa and love seat set.”

“The corners flip up. After several weeks the carpet corners still flip up. I put some gorilla tape down - it doesn't damage my floors - and that holds the corners down for the most part. Other than that - it is a lovely carpet.”

Horrible Return Policy!

“Purchased wrong size…tried to return even though it return policy says 30 days the Customer Care (which is not in America) said you had to “call” within 72 days to make a return. The return policy online at Ashley Furniture.com said you had to call within 72 hours IF the item was damaged! The item was NOT damaged it was just the wrong size. Will definitely not be buying from Ashley Furniture again!!!”
