The rug I ordered is very poor quality for $32.

“Very poor quality. I tried to return it and customer service wrote me and said there was a 72 hr return policy. I wrote back and said the person I spoke with didn’t mention this and I didn’t see it upon ordering. I received it on either a Thursday or Friday. I called my local store in Sterling Heights, Michigan and they said I couldn’t return it to them. I then waited till the following Monday and was told my claim had to be reviewed. I got an email from your company stating I can not return. I will never again order anything from your company.”
