“I purchased this rug online for the first time. The colors and design are very nice, but it is too thin, which was not clearly shown or described online. Additionally, the return policy is very limited and inconvenient. I do not recommend buying from Ashley and advise others to shop with merchants who prioritize customer satisfaction and convenience”

There's a bit of an odor that has been difficult to get out but I understand most new rugs have this.”

“Rug itself is very nice. However you cant enjoy it for at least two weeks because you morons fold it up and ship it instead of it being rolled. Now you have to wait for all the bubbles and creases to be worked out before it can lay correctly.”
