“I hate it. Looks nothing like the photo and its horrible quality. Your customer service was AWFUL, totally unhelpful, and located in the Philippines and so there was a frustrating language barrier anyway. If Ashley won't allow and help with a return (after buying thousands of dollars of furniture from you last month!) then this rug is going in the trash and I'll never buy another thing from Ashley.”
