A little disappointed

“At first glance I loved it, the color the rustic look. However, as I opened it completely and laid it on the living room floor I see a lot of imperfections which I was surprised to see. The very next day I did contact Ashley through chat and asked if I could return it. They asked me why and they said that I would receive an email within a few business days from the return department. It’s now been two weeks and I have not received anything so far so I thought I just keep it and hope that no other issues will come up. But here as you see on the photos, especially the first one, I can’t help to think How long is this rug gonna last? So regarding this issue, I’m a little disappointed.”
