Horrible service

“I ordered a rectangle rug. I got an oval one delivered. Immediate call to customer service was not good. Over 20 min outs of wasted time where I answered every question, sent pics and their only response was “you may receive an email in 3-5 business days.” Ashley has lost my business.”

“The colors are as expected and it is fine. But it was supposed to be rectangular and it is oval. It also took FOREVER to arrive even after it arrived at the depot in Gulfport. You need to fix that issue.”
