“Thin has lumps. Instructions say to give it several days to straten out after a week the lumps are still their I tried 2 return rug and was told I had 72 hours to return. I guess that's my fault for not reading the Fine print”

“We ordered 2 of the same size rugs. We received 2 different sized rugs. Customer service was hard to understand and it felt like she was rushing thru the process. I'm hoping it all goes smoothly from here but I'm not confident about it”
