HORRIBLE ONLINE RETURN POLICY

“Never purchase ANYTHING online with Ashley. They will treat you like you stole the item and will not accept the return EVEN IF IT IS UNOPENED. The store will also reject you & your unopened item the moment you mention it was purchased online. It took 2 weeks to go back & forth via email about how to return this rug, and by the time I got an address to ship it to, it was too late. Never again!”
