“Was too big for my area-wanted to return it but was told I had to ship it back and pay the postage. Rug cost $155 and it would cost me $114 to ship it back! What a ripoff!! Will never order anything from Ashley online again. And it actually turned me off to buying anything in the Ashley stores period.”
