“Nice rug. Like everyone else has said takes awhile for the ends to relax. It has been about 2 weeks and the tightest side is still not 100% flat. I still like it a lot. I am trying all the suggested things I read here. Hopefully the one end will improve more this week. Texture look and color are great. Its in my home office and looks really nice in here.”

“This is a beautiful runner purchased for our hallway. I purchased the runner with the beige accent, which is a heavy canvas fabric that is the perfect neutral to go with anything. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is, I received this item last week, and have used weighted items to help flatten the ends, however they are still curling up, thus causing a trip hazard. I sincerely hope it flattens out soon, as its a lovely rug.”

“LOVE THIS RUG!! I love natural fiber rugs but have had terrible results with other rugs after a few months of kids and pets running around... NOT WOTH THIS GUY!!! Ive had this rug for a couple of months now under my dining table, which gets everyday use, and it looks flawless. Its incredibly easy to clean, the fibers are tightly woven and its just lovely. Though I had been slightly concerned it wouldnt feel as contemporary as I had hoped, I was proven wrong. It looks sleek and eclectic in my space. Couldnt be happier. If you have a busy, pet and kid house but love natural fibers, this is most definitely the rug to get!!”

There is a smell when you first open the plastic, but it is a clean, grassy (more like hay) smell that quickly goes away. The only down side is the smaller ones take a while to flatten out on the corners.”

Arrived days late and already falling apart

“This rug was more than I wanted to spend, but I needed it quickly for my enclosed porch. I was having a pool party and I didn't want any wet kids slipping on their way into the house. So, despite the price tag, I ordered it because of the guaranteed 2 day shipping. The rug did not arrive in 2 days... it was 4 days, and so I didn't have it in time for the party. On top of that, this rug is already starting to fall apart and is poor quality. And it SMELLS AWFUL.”

“Such a lovely natural rug. Very soft for the material. We have it in our living room and sit on it regularly. The rugs lays flat and has a great no-slip back. There is a slight grassy smell that takes a while to die down, but its not terrible. Looks and feels high quality.”

“we chose the 10' rug for our entryway landing zone area, and it's the perfect fit for our space! There was a bit of curling at first but it flattened out within a day or two. We may end up getting a rug pad because there is still some slipping even with the rubber nubs on the back, but we're very happy with the quality of this rug especially at a great price”
