“The rug arrived quickly and was in fact the size described. It's not a bad rug, but there is a purple hue in the grey about it that makes it almost unbearable. For the price, I shouldn't complain, but anyone looking for an actual grey rug like I was will likely be disappointed by this one.”

“My experience was not good! I received the wrong size rug and I’m still waiting on Ashely furniture customer service rep in regards to getting the correct size. I paid for a big rug and received a smaller one. Honestly every time I purchase from Ashley furniture there’s always an issue and the help is terrible!”

“The biggest problem with these rug purchases is the website states sizes 8X10, 3X10 and 2X3. What we got was 7’9”X9’7”, 2’X8’, and 23”X32”. We are going to keep them but we paid for much larger rugs than we received. The sizes we received aren’t listed as an option, so they are just plain smaller than stated!”

A polypropylene rug off gases

“This rug is a polypropylene and release VOCs which can be harmful and may also contain formaldehyde. It omits off gases and smells horrible. It gave me a terrible headache and I have not felt well since I have had it. And I am out almost $90 something dollars with shipping.”
