VERY Rough bottom

“I purchased this rug for my baby's room. The bottom of the rug is EXTREMELY rough and the shag pieces are not dense enough to cover it. When you step on it you clearly feel the roughness of the bottom on your feet. It does not look or feel as described. I returned the rug.”
