Terrible Online Shopping Experience

“Ordering online from Ashley was a terrible shopping experience. I received a 2’ x 8’ instead of the 8’ x 10’. I contacted their customer care team which was an obviously outsourced out of the country call center. They were unable to resolve the item and would only contact Ashley and provided the ticket number 725010501326. Ashley would only contact me via email about the wrong sized item with days in between responding resulting in an extremely lengthy process. On 5/19 I sent the pictures to Ashley via email. UPS picked up the wrong sized item from my house on 5/28. Despite multiple follow up emails I have yet to hear from Ashley on if I will be reimbursed or sent the correct item. Ashley sent me the wrong sized item and should have immediately sent the correct item to my house to make the situation right. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DROM ASHLEY”
