Color not accurate and can’t exchange or return

“Don’t Don’t Don’t ever order anything online from this company. Huge mistake! They WILL NOT let you exchange your item. They will only let you return it if “YOU PAY” for the return shipping which is MORE than the rug is worth. These people crooks. All I wanted to do was exchange for a different color, because the color was not accurate and my wife hates it. I’ll never do business with Ashley again. Their online customer service is out of the Philippines and Central America. How unfortunate that they use these people, and pay them 1/4 of what they would make in the US. All to do their dirty work and train them “that our POLICY only says you can return if you ship it back. Then they try to say it’s not them it’s the Safavieh company not them, which is a lie because I called that company who’s based in NY. Then I called the regular Ashley store and they have it setup where their employees cannot see the online sales or even speak about it. It’s a total scam. Save your time and money and show with Amazon and get free reruns and exchanges. Ashley is a garbage company now. That’s unfortunate.”
