“It hasn’t arrived yet so i’m not sure why you are sending me this. Your delivery & communication surrounding it is among the worst in the business.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought several pieces of furniture almost a year ago & the delivery person didn’t leave me the hardware to attach bed frame. This after he told me he might punch a hole in the wall if he attached it himself. This was your so-called white glove service (which I paid a lot for).
Send me the hardware to attach the bed frame within 7 days. I’m tired of waiting & no one returning my calls.
If it’s true (per your email) that I have to “assemble” my rug I’m going to the Better Business Bureau & the State of NM Consumer division. I’ve paid a lot of money to you over 2 orders & I want the hardware to attach my bed frame, a rug to be delivered that I don’t have to assemble and a refund of my previous “white glove”. Service. Please do this within 7 days & let me know in advance when you expect it resolved.”

“I like the rug a lot. After I rolled the ends under, it seemed to lay flat right away. The colors blend nicely with the Lu yarn vinyl flooring and the rug is very soft. It fits under the front door nicely when closing as well. The delivery was fast and packaged well. I would recommend this rug”

“I truly am pleased with my carpet however, was not pleased with the $99 shipping charge. I was surprised to see it because when I made the order it stated "no delivery charge". However, I ordered two carpets at the same time the smaller one was delivered before the larger one which I haven't received yet. So, I imagine the delivery charge was made because the smaller of the two was delivered. Still disappointed. I wish they would have both been sent together like I expected, The $99 delivery charge was more then the charge for the 5X7 rug I purchased! Argh!
The carpet itself is beautiful and I am pleased with the look.”
